Yes, God is Love. Yes, we are free to accept or reject that Love. And how often we put other gods in front of Love(lust, greed, envy, etc.).

It seems to me that the modern atheists, Dawkins, et al, are sampling Hell on earth by their denial of God. It is sort of like taking Hell for a test drive.

Fr. Robert Barron

Your explanation about Hell is simple and to the point. It is true most of men choose Hell than God because it is easy way to enjoy life. Thanks for your time to share your sermon online. May God bless your work.

Thank you, Dear Father, for such an authentic, eloquent expression of our Faith.

Praying for your vocation and ask for your prayers in return for our Catholic family as we homeschool 3 sons with Seton Curricula - and atleast one of whom desires to be a priest!
Praise be to God!
Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us. Amen

my question is why are certain athiests and even members of other faiths seemingly so satisfied with themselves? why have I heard it declared "the same comfort and meaning found in religion can be found in the study of sceince (the assumption being a science without God)"? Really, why do people in error feel so happy (seemingly) and (im not complaining) why do I in my Christianity feel so unsatisfied and broken?
