Marcel Flohr
What can i say about confession, except that confession is mightily good for the soul. Confession prepares your soul for God, when He enters through the Eucharist, that we received during communion. We are living and breathing human beings, that have the need to hear ourselves that we have been forgiven for our transgresions to God. My advice to people is to not be ashame to stand in line waiting for your turn to see the priest for confession. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

I actually have the iPhone confessional app and find it somewhat useful it does have its limitations and is a bit redundant so it does take some basic knowledge of what constitutes a venial sin and what constitutes a I I I have the iPhone app and find it useful. It does take some basic knowledge of venial and mortal sin because the app does mix the two of them. Its actually a bit long too. I have yet to bring my iPhone again and hand it to the priest and say "here read this I'll be saying a prayer" but it does help to mentally prepare and to go through the gamut of sayings that are somewhat forgotten and also forgotten because I anyway tend to obsess about two or three major sands maybe not realizing that some of the smaller sends to contribute to the major penial Sands
